Why This House?
Maybe you have just moved into your new house or apartment. You knew, at first sight, that you two belonged together. How did it happen? - I believe there are couple of factors in play.

Firstly, something triggered your interest. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments we do, and amazingly often we rely on a “feeling” that we got from a space when we first saw it. Somewhere in us is an area that got touched; maybe it was nostalgia, a feeling of familiarity, a dream come true?
Secondly, choosing a home may have been “era of life” related. You had to focus on the needs of your family. If you have young children, well rated schools are a factor. You may appreciate short commute or functioning public transportation to your workplace. Or, you want to enjoy quieter and less complicated life after retirement.
So… why this house? Because, this home makes you happy. Maybe it's not “perfect” in every imaginable way (improvements can be made...!) but you begin to smile when you just think of it. You miss it when you are away. If that’s not the case, you may still be on your way to find your true love.
